What plants and their properties can be used in place of antibiotics - recipes
Folk remedies instead of antibiotics
Self-medication and uncontrolled use of antibiotics has led to the fact that today the mass of bacteria has resistance to them, and it means that treatment with them is useless and even harmful - after all, poisoning resistance is not developed in the same liver (most drugs are metabolized just in the liver). That is why now all tests are done with a determination of sensitivity to antibiotics.
However, the mass of plants and the derivative of them (bee pollen, propolis, etc.) have an antibiotic effect, which can easily not only replace synthetic antibiotics without inhibition and suppression of immunity.
It is important to know about these wonderful (I’m not afraid of the word) properties, and also because sometimes after long and erroneous courses of antibiotic therapy, their administration is no longer possible - the body simply can no longer take them, due to dysbiosis, pain in the liver and kidneys, etc. P. And then “plant” antibiotics come to the rescue in fighting the infection.
The main thing is to know the measure!
So on the masses of sites of semi-medical topics, the beneficial properties of propolis, including antibacterial ones, are widely painted. Well, propolis is really useful, and because of its billions of combinations (a bee collected glue from one kidney today, another tomorrow, another vice versa, etc.), bacteria have no resistance to it, which means they don’t get used to it can. That is why the use of propolis is recommended even by experienced doctors who cannot be reproached with "medicine".

Another thing is that on the same sites nothing is said that if you consume propolis for a long time and in large doses, then immunity is still inhibited, as well as the liver and gall bladder is damaged, and as direct trials in the clinical conditions of propolis were few, most, by the way, during the Soviet era (the network has interesting research on the medicinal properties of propolis from scientists from Lithuania, Latvia, Armenia, even in those times when they were Soviet republics), then the dose safe for humans is not defined and for everyone it is ind
The same can be said about useful, medicinal properties of other plants, which we will discuss below.
As for viruses, humanity in the fight against them generally stomps on the spot and the only achievement is a symptomatic treatment - (to bring down the temperature, aching joints, etc.).
Otherwise, medicine, according to the doctors themselves, is still treading at the level of the beginning of the 20th century, and no one has yet learned how to treat viruses, it’s not difficult to see if asking a doctor whether the same herpes virus or HPV of any type can be cured - the only thing they can offer this increase in immunity, and these drugs are very expensive, and the benefits from them are not always unconditional, but you can suppress your own immunity, being carried away by artificial, therefore in developed countries there is no such craze for immunostimulants and immunomodulators as recently Russia ..
Therefore, isn’t it easier to use what nature offers us (of course, after consulting with a doctor in advance, in addition to the main treatment) - after all, medicinal plants and their derivatives, although they are taken longer in time, are softer, do not harm the immune system, do not have such a toxic effect (with a few exceptions) and almost always give the desired effect.
Plants instead of antibiotics
Plants rich in phytoncides have an effect similar to antibiotics. St. John's wort contains imanine, sage - salvin, immortelle - arenanine.
There are many phytoncides in Kalina, mountain ash, cranberries (women know that several months of regular intake of cranberry juice will help get rid of cystitis and many even forever), cranberries, garlic, onion, horseradish, mustard and other plants.
All of them have a pronounced anti-cold and antiviral effect. In contrast to synthetic, plant antibiotics purify and strengthen the body, contribute to strengthening the immune system.
One of the most powerful natural antibiotics is horseradish. The ability to kill microbes is given to him by benzyl isothiocyanate, which destroys the membrane of pathogen cells.

Rub the horseradish root, mix with the same amount of sugar and leave in a warm place for 12 hours. Then strain and take on a tablespoon every hour.
Despite all the advantages of alternative drugs, do not neglect the medications prescribed by your doctor! Better supplement them with herbal medicines!
Similar to, but soft and harmless for the body, all the sweatshops: viburnum, raspberry, blackberries, sea buckthorn, cranberries, cranberries, linden, boods, carcade, ginger.
Antipyretic properties of plants
- The fresh root of ginger acts stronger than dry (2-3 slices of fresh root about 2 mm thick brewed with boiling water and drunk as tea; powder of dry ginger is brewed at the rate of 1 tsp. for a glass of boiling water). The action can be strengthened by adding a piece of cinnamon and 1 bud of a culinary clove, but first they need 2-3 min to boil under the lid. The action of all sweatshops is intensified if you add honey to them.
- Remove the heat will help the herbal-herbal infusion: put in a thermos by 1 tsp. oregano, mother-and-stepmother, brew 400 ml of boiling water and insist 20 min. Then strain and hot infusion pour a glass of fresh berries of viburnum. After 10 mines crush the berries, strain and drink half a cup every hour.
- As an antipyretic, you can take infusion of flowers, leaves and even the roots of the talvlja vyazolistnoy (1 tbsp. Per glass of boiling water). This plant contains a large amount of water-soluble esters of salicylic acid, by action close to ordinary aspirin. It is useful to mix with raspberry and linden.

On a note:
- Licorice root increases the resistance of the body to respiratory infections
- During the epidemic, drink herbal teas, for example, from wormwood, St. John's wort, oregano.
- Antiviral drink: mix sage, lemongrass and nettles in the ratio of 1: 3: 3, pour a teaspoon of the mixture with a glass of boiling water and insist in a thermos 2 hour, strain and drink with honey cold season.
- Propolis is also a strong immunomodulator and a natural broad-spectrum antibiotic. To not get sick in the midst of infections, take a tincture of propolis according to 10 drops on 1 st. water 3 times a day for a month.
Let's dwell on the useful properties of wild beast
St. John's Wort Treatment
In the world there are more 300 species of this plant. In our northern regions, there are often two fighters: St. John's wort and St. John's wort. Who of them is useful, and who is just beautiful?
I must say right away that only one species is curative - the St. John's wort perforated (ordinary). Doctors strongly advise against experimenting with other species because they are poorly understood and may contain harmful substances.
Now another important question: how to distinguish one from another?
Look carefully at the shape of the stem. In the St. John's wort, it is flat, with two faces, and in the spotted one, it is almost square, with four sharp edges. And another characteristic feature of Hypericum perforatum - speckled leaves, they shine through in the light, like holes.
For good health
St. John's wort is rich in vitamins, essential oils, tannins and other biologically
active substances. In Russia he was considered a remedy for 99 ailments and was called the herb of John the Baptist. They are treated literally everything, but the effect of this plant is strong enough, therefore, like tablets, it has its contraindications and side effects. St. John's wort is incompatible with the following conditions.
- Hypertension. St. John's Wort increases blood pressure.
- Pregnancy and lactation.
- Children up to 12 years.
- Alcoholic intoxication.
- Reception of immunosuppressants, some antidepressants.
- Long stay in the sun.
From pain in joints
1 st. l. dried and chopped herbs brew 1,5 cup of boiling water. Take an 1 / 3 glass for 20-40 min. before meals.
Or as a compress: 2-3 art. l. herbs brew 2 cups of boiling water, cool and apply a compress on the affected joint.
Advice! If you collect St. John's wort in the forest or fields, then leave the 2-3 inflorescence on the bush to germinate the seeds and the plant could multiply.
Dried St. John's wort as usual: tied in bundles, hanging away from the light.
For a good sleep and mood
Brew 1 art. l. herbs 1 a glass of boiled water and drink like tea on 1 / 4 glass 3-4
once a day with honey or sugar.
With burns and abrasions
We prepare the St. John's wort oil.
You will need: 20 g of St. John's wort flowers and 200 g of flax or sunflower oil. Flowers St. John's wort pour vegetable oil, put in a cool dark room, insist two weeks, periodically shaking.
The oil turns bright red. Hypericum oil heals wounds and abrasions, burns and bruises. Relieves itching from mosquito bites!
Tea fortifying
1 st. l. chopped dry herb St. John's wort pour 0,5 l of boiling water. Let it brew 10 min. Drink half a glass once a day. You can add honey. It raises immunity.
And for beauty
Gardeners have not yet been recognized as an ornamental plant of St. John's wort. I consider this a mistake.
The yellow flowers of St. John's wort begin to blossom in early June, and their last petal falls only in the middle of autumn. They will be glad for the whole season.
I want to draw attention to a very pretty species that grows and hibernates in the Middle lane. This is St. John's wort - a shrub about 1 m in height, with large yellow flowers with long stamens, a reddish stem and elegant green foliage.
There are undersized creeping species, they are spectacular among stones. This St. John's wort is multi-leaved and stalked. I won’t talk much about leaving. All they need is an open, sunny area and well-drained, moderately moist soil.

From herpes I use an ointment, which I prepare from the available components. It is done as follows.
In the dish should be put 2 st. l. natural (without fillers) yogurt, add two crushed cloves of garlic, according to 1 tsp. soluble coffee (any), honey and wheat flour. All must be thoroughly mixed until the mass becomes homogeneous. A small amount of the mixture must be applied to the affected areas of herpes lips. This ointment, which has no oily base, after a while withers and falls off. This is a signal that you need to impose a new portion.
It usually takes only three days to completely "drive away" nasty herpes.

I just do not understand why everything has to be mixed with sugar? It's all good in the form it grew, without any sweeteners, which only aggravate the morbid state, because the phlegmatic microbes love it.

The "secret" hormone of the nettle
Nettle contains secretin - a hormonal substance that is involved in the regulation of the secretory activity of the pancreas.
It normalizes the metabolism, stimulates the formation of insulin and thereby reduces the level of sugar in the blood, which, of course, can not but interest people suffering from diabetes.
The recipe for using nettle is simple. It is necessary to take on 25 g leaves of the dioecious nettle, blueberry ordinary, the root of the medicinal dandelion, mix well. To prepare a daily dose, 3 st. l. mixture pour 300 ml of boiling water and cook 10 min, but not more. The liquid must be infused for 2-3 hours, after which it must be filtered. Drink half a cup before meals from 3 to 4 once a day.
The root of the medicinal dandelion can be replaced by the herb of the medicinal gale (goatskin), which is also effective in diabetes mellitus.
