2. In one stem with the leaving 2-3-x stepsons with 2-3-inflorescences on each. In this case, the main stalk is left lateral shoots, located in the stepsons of leaves under the inflorescences.

3. Constantly translate the growth into a lateral shoot. Form it from his stepson, located in the axil of 3-th leaf. At the same time, the main stem is plucked over the 3-4 inflorescence, leaving 1-2 leaves.

Then, on the formed shoot from the stepson, which grew in the axil of the first leaf under the first inflorescence, the next extension shoot is formed, and the previous one is pricked, leaving the 1-3 leaf above the second inflorescence. And so continue until you allow a place in the greenhouse.

First of all, everything depends on the variety. One tomato pasynkovanie "written on the family," and for others - a waste of time.
So, tomatoes of standard varieties do not require pinching. They have a strong single stalk 20-35 cm high, on which small stepsons are formed that do not affect yield. True, when I tried to grow them in a greenhouse, especially with excessive fertilizing, they grew to 50-80 cm and needed to be planted and garter. Therefore, now I plant seedlings of standard tomatoes only in open ground according to the scheme of 50 × 30 cm.
And there are generally tomatoes of non-paschinkuyuschihsya varieties (for example, Florida 47 R height of about 20 cm), which at the surface of the soil even though a few short stems, but they quickly stop growing. However, the harvest from such bushes is not high, and the fruits are usually small and sourish to the taste.
All other types of tomatoes are adopted, as stepchildren take away nutrients and moisture from the plant, thicken plantations, inhibit the growth of fruit-bearing shoots and, as a result, delay fruiting and reduce yield.
Do it right!
I delete the stepson systematically after their regrowth to 4-5, see usually in the morning times in 10-15 days, and the stepson is not cut off, but I bend it downwards with my hand - it breaks easily off, I leave a stump in half a centimeter. For many years my wife and I grew tomatoes from our own seeds: they collected them from the varieties they were used to. In our Spassky district grow tomatoes, which are known for their taste throughout Primorye. Perhaps, because of the special microclimate, tomatoes grow really delicious.
In the spring of 2013, we purchased hybrid seeds of tomatoes Vnuchkin's love, Inkas, Grusha black. Tomatoes turned out excellent! Especially for conservation. Fleshy, dense. In the Grusha black variety they were with a special, slightly sweetish taste. Unfortunately, the photo from the bed did not, there is a photo of the finished product.
