What garden and school bouquets for the last call without peonies!

My favorite is the old French selection 'Festiva Maxima', which was bred in 1851. But in our time, this peony is very loved by gardeners. This variety has thick, pinkish flowers. They are snowy white, on separate central petals you can see raspberry strokes. The aroma of the flower is amazing. It blooms profusely and continuously, opening the beginning of flowering of early white varieties. It is beautiful both in compositions and planted by itself. I make beautiful magnificent bouquets of flowers.

    Brown leaves at the peony
In early September, the grassy varietal peony completely burned. What to do? In the summer he blossomed.

Drinking leaves is not a consequence of the disease, it is rather a sign of early maturation. That is, the vegetation is completed. I believe that there are no reasons for concern in this case. But you can, when preparing a plant for winter, spray it with "Phytosporin" or better with a preparation that contains copper.

All June admired the flower garden of one of the residents of our summer cottage village - she has amazingly beautiful peonies! Everyone is going to meet her and ask her for a divorce peony root. When do peonies breed? How to plant them and how to prepare the ground?

The optimal way to multiply pions is to divide the rhizome. It is best to do this in early-mid August, so that the plant gets stronger and has time to prepare for the winter. Planting material should be taken from 4-b-year-old plants. Delenki should be medium in size, but not less than 5-7 cm in diameter, have 3-5 eyes and intact roots. Slices should be sprinkled with crushed coal or chalk, if necessary, the sections should be treated with a solution of copper sulfate or potassium permanganate.
It is best to plant peonies on open, slightly shaded and sheltered from cold winds areas with well drained neutral loamy soils and low groundwater table.
To plant one bush, you need to dig a hole 60 × 60 cm. Fill it with a mixture of humus or compost, sand, garden soil (take it all equally). For better rooting and root growth, add a liter jar of oven ash and 250 g of double superphosphate to the soil.
