First of all you will need to make a model of the future plant. To do this, gray clay is suitable for modeling (with the addition of water). The necessary model of the product is obtained from it. The second stage involves the manufacture of a mold. For this, gypsum is usually used. If it is a question of pots, the future form should consist of several collapsible parts with a lock-joint for reliable fixation of different halves. To make a mold, the model of pots is treated with linseed oil and filled with gypsum in several stages (each part separately). Then, after the gypsum hardens, the clay from which the model was made is extracted. Well, at the last stage it is dismantled and the finished product is extracted.
The composition of the solution for making pots is simple:
cement grade 500 with the addition of sand in the ratio of 1: 4. Small gravel can also be added to the solution. One form is suitable for making a large number of identical products.
