Recently I heard that eggplants are even yellow as squash. Is it true?

In addition to eggplant with a dark purple color of the fruit (where the name came from - “blue”), varieties and hybrids of modern selection with unusual fruit color are becoming increasingly popular. They are lilac, white, green, yellow, red and even striped.
White and green eggplants taste delicate with a taste of mushrooms. Varieties: Taste of mushrooms, Ping-pong, Swan, Icicle, Bibo, Emerald Fi, Zelenenky.
Lilac eggplants do not have a bitter taste. Grades: Robin Hood, Balagur, Bumbo, Lilac fog.
The taste of red and yellow eggplants is characterized by a specific bitterness, and more often they are grown as ornamental plants or as a medicine against tumors. Grades: Turkish Orange, Japanese Red, Golden Eggs (Holland).

Fertilizing garlic is necessary not only on poor soils, but also on soils rich in nutrient reserves. To obtain a high yield, it is necessary to create the conditions for the plants in which they would have in the soil enough nutrients in the form available to them from the emergence of shoots to the end of the growing season.

    7 rules for growing aubergines

I love eggplant, but my first pancake came out a lump-I could not grow good beautiful fruits.
An experienced neighbor taught me what to do, and, finally, last year I collected a good harvest. The rules are as follows.
In our climate, eggplant should be planted in a greenhouse. At the same time, add to the soil for each sq. m 6 kg of compost and 2 glasses of ash. Seedlings at the time of transplantation should be sufficiently developed - with 6-7 true leaves.
You need to ventilate the greenhouses even in cloudy weather, and water the seedlings 2-3 times a week with warm water in the morning.
Eggplants like to "eat", so every 2 weeks it is necessary to make a complex mineral fertilizer at the rate of 30 g for 10 l of water.
Weekly it is necessary to loosen the soil in the inter-row (without hilling the plants!).
The first bud should be removed, and the side shoots in the axils of the first 9 leaves should be removed. After the formation of 5-6 ovaries pinch the growth point and remove the emerging flowers.
Plentifully fructifying plants should be fixed on a support so that they are not damaged by the weight of the eggplant.
From 6 pm to 8 in the morning it is desirable to cover the plants with dark material. A short day helps to increase the yield and ripen fruit for 2 weeks earlier than expected.
