Broccoli does not want to grow a beautiful head, flower panicles are knocked out, the inflorescences themselves are hard and tasteless. Why is this so?

      - Most likely, you incorrectly determine the timing of planting seedlings. If the period of the formation of the head falls on a hot time, the inflorescences will be hard, small and tasteless, flower panicles can get out. To avoid this problem, plant broccoli seedlings so that the period of formation falls on a cool time - the end of summer or the beginning of autumn.
Also, pay attention to the varieties that grow. Maybe they are already morally obsolete. In this case, pick up more modern hybrids next year.
