Indeed, seeing emerald-colored tomatoes on a plate, I somehow do not believe that they can be not acidic, but even vice versa - sugar and especially tasty.

I, too, was skeptical of positive reviews of various varieties of green fruit tomatoes. Everyone is used to the fact that green tomato is an unripe tomato, which means it is hard and bitter-sour. But I still decided to try to grow such varieties.

In time, I experienced several varieties in my greenhouse: the malachite box, the Green sweet tooth, the Swamp, and the Amber Room. In agricultural technology there is no difference between red and green tomatoes. In addition, the latter, in my opinion, more fruitful.

Difficulty arises when harvesting. In the mature state, the fruit remains green, only slightly acquiring a yellowish tint. Therefore, the ripeness of the tomato I often determine by touch: soft - so ripe.

But put on Dosing green tomatoes with red, orange and yellow fruit is not worth it. Otherwise you will have to constantly feel all the green fruits.
