PERENNIALS: TIME TO FEED
April is the time to take care of perennials that have already started to grow. Who needs close attention? First of all - asparagus, rhubarb, lovage and perennial bows.
Asparagus FEED
Remove last year's mulch from the garden. Before fresh shoots appear, make an earthen comb over the row. Distribute complex mineral fertilizer evenly over the surface (usually a matchbox is enough for 1-2 linear meters). Carefully close top dressing in soil. If the weather is dry, water the garden. To get as long as possible whitened stems, grow them with soil from the aisle as they grow.
FEEDING RHEAR
In 9 liters of water, dilute 10 g of ammonium sulfate and potassium sulfate, add 15-20 g of superphosphate (pre-dissolve it in 1 liter of hot water and let stand for several hours). Pour 5-7 liters of the composition under each plant. After 3-4 hours, loosen the soil. 3-4 weeks after fertilizing with mineral fertilizers, water the bed with a solution of herbal mash (1:10). On a bucket of the composition, you can add 1 liter of extract from superphosphate (20 g per 1 liter of hot water).
FEEDING LOVE
This plant gratefully responds to any care (top dressing, watering). But the most important thing for him is not to miss the moment and, as soon as the first shoots appear, to plant.
The bed on which you are going to grow a lovage, fill with compost (3 kg per 1 sq. M), add 1 tbsp to the hole. ash and 1 tsp. superphosphate, urea and potassium sulfate. Mix everything with soil, water abundantly. Separate the 5-8 shoots with a clod of earth with a shovel. Dust off the cut sites with ash or crushed aqua charcoal. Around the mother plant, evenly distribute the fertilizer (in the same amount as above), close it into the ground. Mulch with humus or hay.
FEEDING PERENNIAL ONIONS
Slime, batun and chives are unpretentious, can grow in one place for 4-5 years. Then it is advisable to plant them in a new garden. In the spring, as soon as the first leaves appear, remove the old mulch. Loosen aisles. In a bucket of water, dilute a matchbox of potassium salt and 2 tbsp. azofoski. Pour the onion bed at the rate of a bucket of composition for 3-4 linear meters. Mulch with peat or straw.

First feeding for good growth
I prepare a special first spring feeding for seedlings, herbs and other indoor plants, because it determines how quickly they grow.
I mix 6 parts each of chicken manure, leaf humus and wood ash, add 2 parts each of natural fermented kvass or fermented jam, 1 part each of black crackers, sour milk and garden soil. I fill it with 20 parts of water and let it sit for 10 days. I filter the finished product. I dilute with water 1:10. I water the plants in damp soil at the rate of 50 ml of fertilizer per 1 liter of soil.
