I read about an interesting way of planting tomato seedlings. As soon as the ground thaws, the soil in the greenhouse needs to be dug up, holes with a volume of half a bucket should be dug. Inside, lay fresh manure on a shovel, fill it with chopped young nettles to the top. Close with foil. Mix the contents of the wells every three days.
Two weeks before planting seedlings, the holes need to be opened, add 1 tablespoon to each. superphosphate, mix with peat. Planting tomatoes with a clod of earth. The method was very interesting, but I'm afraid that such a mixture will burn the roots ...

      - The described growing method is called a "steam pit". You should not be afraid that the roots will be burned, since a pair of shovels of manure and mineral fertilizers will not be able to warm up the soil very much. For example, I practice this method. Under each row of plants I dig a trench wide and deep on a shovel bayonet.

I put any organic matter there (manure, straw, sawdust, peat, household waste), sprinkle it with a complex mineral fertilizer and moisten it a little with water. The organic layer should be within 20-25 cm, and a handful of fertilizers per 1 running meter of the trench is enough. After that, I fall asleep with the dug earth. After a week or two, I plant seedlings. Organic matter begins to give heat not only to the root system, but also to the inner space of the greenhouse. In such greenhouses with biofuel, in cloudy weather and at night, it is much warmer than in ordinary ones.
