I, like most housewives using canned food, until recently believed that nothing could be done with the liquid remaining in them, and, without thinking twice, poured it into the sewer. But now I try to use these brines, dressings to the last drop.
Once I cooked an omelet for breakfast, and at the last moment it turned out that there was not a drop of milk in the refrigerator. But an open can of canned corn caught my eye. The corn itself was intended for making salad. But I added the liquid from this jar to the beaten eggs. Now, in the presence of canned corn, I always do this: the sweetish-creamy aftertaste of such an omelet is liked by everyone at home.
A successful experience inspired me to other culinary experiments. Now I enjoy adding sweetish liquid from under the corn to the dough for pancakes and pancakes, mashed potatoes, sauces for meat dishes.

    BURDOCK AGAINST PESTS
From burdock, I prepare an infusion to combat pests and diseases. I take 5 kg of fresh burdocks with a root per 10 liters of water, insist 3 days, filter. I spray apple trees and other fruit trees with this infusion every 10 days since mid-June. This helps in the fight against codling moth butterflies, as well as other pests.

    INfusions FOR SPRAYING TOMATOES
At home, we grow tomatoes exclusively for ourselves and try not to use modern pesticides. We use infusions of onions, garlic and chicken manure.
Cooking like this: 100 g of garlic and 100 g of onions are passed through a meat grinder, then put in a 3-liter jar and filled with 3/4 water. We close the lid; and hold for 24-36 hours, periodically < shaking the jar.
We take a bucket and put 200 g of litter there (preferably pigeon), fill it with water, leave it (for 24-36 hours, stirring occasionally.
Before pouring into the sprayer, both solutions are filtered and mixed. Spray with a backpack sprayer.
Onion-garlic-litter infusion is sprayed every 7-10 days.
