In one of the comments of N.K. Vasilyeva asked why fruits perish on apple and plum trees - they rot right on the tree. I want to help her in her trouble.
Dear Nina Konstantinovna! It seems to me that you created this trouble yourself, with your own hands. I think you overfed the trees with nitrogen fertilizers. They enhance the growth of the tree, it develops well, but the fruits do not like excess nitrogen: they deteriorate and are poorly stored.

To correct the situation, do not apply nitrogen fertilizers for two years, and in order for the fruit trees to please the harvest, fertilize the trees with ash and potassium-phosphorus fertilizers. But you can't overfeed them either! In general, fertilizers should be applied according to the instructions on the package.
I also had such a case. When we were given a plot of 6 acres for a garden, I immediately planted various fruit trees, including one pear. I wanted to get a crop as soon as possible, and while it was growing, I constantly fed it with nitrogen fertilizers. She grew up very quickly, turned into a beautiful tree, blossomed, and my joy knew no bounds. But soon the joy turned into continuous grief: all the fruits on the tree turned black and began to dry.
I began to look for the cause of my trouble. I re-read a lot of different literature and found: it turned out to be my fault - I overfed the pear with urea. After that, I began to fertilize it only with ash and potassium-phosphorus fertilizers in spring and autumn. But the fruits still turned black, although less, and only in the second year the fruits were born normal.
But then another misfortune came: the taste turned out to be very astringent, it was impossible to eat. The pear came to me from a negligent seller, and it was a savage, which is impossible to eat. In the people it is called "dulya".

There were many fruits. Sometimes you come to the garden and see this picture: the whole earth around the tree is strewn with pears. It was terribly pitiful to look at such good things that were wasted on earth. At first I did not know what to do with such bitter fruits, and then I realized that you can make juice from them for the winter.
The fact is that while the pear is hard, it is bitter, but lie down for a while - and its flesh becomes dark, soft and very sweet!

There is a lot of juice in it: you crush a pear, and the juice is so sweet that your fingers stick together. I bought a juicer and started making pear juice. It turns out very tasty and sweet, and without any added sugar.
