Folk remedies for diseases and pests - proven methods from gardeners: collection 5
PROTECTION OF BEDS WITHOUT CHEMISTRY
Often, no less effect in the fight against pests in the garden is given not by chemical preparations, but by natural remedies. Here are the ones I use.
1. Strawberry Weevil
Pour 3 kg of ash into 10 liters of water, insist for a day, add 40 g of soap.
100 g of mustard powder per 10 liters of warm water.
2. Carrot fly
Grind tomato tops, yarrow and garlic (1:1:1), pour 5 liters of water, leave for 7-10 hours in the sun, strain and dilute with water.
3. Scoop
Pour boiling water over 100 g of wormwood and 20 g of ash, leave for 6 hours, strain, bring to 10 liters, add 1 tbsp. l. liquid soap.
4. Cruciferous flea
Dust the leaves with a mixture of wood ash and tobacco dust (1: 1).
5. Aphid
200 g of dandelion roots with leaves pour 10 liters of water, leave for 2 hours at 40 degrees, add 40 g of soap.
1 st. tobacco dust and 0 tbsp. red hot pepper pour 5 liters of water, leave for 10 hours.
Pour 250 g of a mixture of onion peels and potato peels with 1 liter of water, leave for 36 hours, spray for several days in a row.
Grind 200-300 g of horse sorrel roots, pour 10 liters of water, leave for 4-5 hours and strain.
Pour 3 kg of ash into 10 liters of hot water, process 2 times.
6. Whitefly
You can use Velcro for insects.
7. Mealy dew
1 kg of mullein pour 3 liters of water, leave for 3 days, strain and dilute to 10 liters. Remove severely affected tops.
1 st. dilute baking soda and 30 g of soap in 10 liters of water, process 2 times in 3 days.
