    Fresh store-bought greens can be dangerous due to the high content of agrochemicals (nitrates) and pesticides. Nitrates in our body turn into nitrites, which have a toxic effect.
    TO REDUCE THE NEGATIVE EFFECT OF NITRATE, YOU NEED:
    - thoroughly rinse the greens and vegetables under running water, after soaking for an hour in cold water;
    - greens have only leaves (not stems), remove the upper leaves from cabbage and remove the stalk, cut off the peel from cucumbers.
