Early planting seedlings - why is it sometimes bad?

Early planting often leads to the fact that the plants simply die. This also applies to seedlings. For example, if there are almost no sunny days outside the window, and the day itself is short, then seedlings without backlight lamps will experience a severe shortage of sun. There are, of course, phytolamps, but often they cost almost more than the entire crop that a gardener can get by growing his seedlings.
Plants obtained from such an early sowing suffer more during transplantation, receive more stress, because the older the plant, the more it suffers during transplantation and then gets sick more. Often, too overgrown seedlings after transplantation throw off buds, lose flowers and even ovaries, and seedlings transplanted at the optimal age even overtake it in development.
The second problem of early sowing is a violation of the normal cycle of plant development. The plant organism is like a clock: if you sow the seeds before the optimal time, then the first flower brush will form later than the due date.
Well, what is the optimal age of seedlings? For tomatoes, it is approximately 55 days, and for peppers, almost twice as much - 82-83 days.
The age of seedlings can vary not only depending on the crop, but also on the variety, which the manufacturer often writes about on the packaging.
In the event that the seedlings have reached their optimal age, and for one reason or another you cannot plant them in the ground in a permanent place, we strongly recommend treating them with growth inhibitors.
A very good drug for curbing the growth of seedlings called "Athlete", with its help, seedlings can be slowed down in development for a month, while it is very desirable to install backlight lamps, then the seedlings will turn out to be stocky, with a well-developed root system.
If you have a lot of free space, then you can do otherwise - grow seedlings in flower pots, then plants with a clod of earth can then be transplanted into a greenhouse or into open ground, even with ovaries; the main thing is not to destroy the clod of earth, making not a transplant, but a transshipment.
After planting the seedlings, be patient and do not water it for 10 days, during which time a full-fledged root system will develop, and then you can start caring for the seedlings as usual.
