Late beets: can we save them until spring?
I was late in sowing the beet seeds; I sowed them in early June, although I always did this in May. In this case, do you also need to collect it later? Will such late-sown beets be stored? Or is it better to process root crops and use them for harvesting?

      — If the agricultural cultivation technology is not violated and the variety is suitable for long-term storage, then the beets will be stored. The main thing is not to damage the root crops when digging. Only whole ones, without signs of disease, should be selected for storage. The harvest should be dried, and it is advisable to remove any remaining soil with a soft cloth.
