    Every summer we prepare a lot of jars with different berries, and in the winter we drink tea, make pastries, and cook jelly. I want to share recipes for delicious and fragrant jam.

    From apricots with oranges
    But 3 kg of apricots: 3 medium oranges, 2,5 kg of sugar, juice of 7 lemons.
    Wash the apricots well, halve them and remove the pits.
    Wash the oranges thoroughly with a brush, scald with boiling water, cut and remove the seeds.
    Grind the apricots and oranges (along with the skin) through a meat grinder and mix with sugar and lemon juice. Cook in 3 batches for 5 minutes, stirring and skimming. Pour the finished jam into sterilized jars and roll up. This amount makes about 4,5 liters of jam.

    Raspberry, cooked without water
    For 400 g of raspberries you need 3 cups of sugar.
    Place the prepared raspberries in a clean enamel bowl, sprinkle with sugar and put in the refrigerator overnight. When the sugar dissolves a little and the berries give juice, pour the resulting mass onto a baking sheet, place in a preheated oven and simmer for 30 minutes. After this, transfer the jam into a bowl, put on fire and cook, without adding water and stirring constantly, for 15-20 minutes.
    Place the hot jam into jars and roll up.
    We consider this jam to be the most healthy, tasty and aromatic.
